Who We Are

Maynard Webb created the Webb Investment Network in 2010 to formalize the investing he’s done over the past fifteen years. WIN’s goal is to invest in companies that aim to change the world, particularly in the fields of cloud computing, enterprise software, mobile, marketplaces, e-commerce, crowdsourcing, and consumer Internet. With our Affiliate Network of 90+ technology executives, we can draw not only from Maynard’s experience and insight but from those CEOs, CTOs, founders and investors who make up the WIN Affiliate Network to provide our portfolio companies with capital and, more importantly, on-demand advice. 

How we help:

WIN is focused on providing entrepreneurs with assistance across all areas of the startup lifecycle, including:

  • Strategy, coaching and mentorship
  • Access to our network of seasoned entrepreneurs with a broad set of operational skills across technology, product, sales, marketing, business development, finance, operations, HR, legal, and M&A
  • Introductions to customer or partner prospects. WIN and our Affiliates have a deep rolodex to C-level executives.
  • Access to capital via WIN and our Affiliate Network as well as through WIN’s network of other seed and early-stage investment firms

We are committed to the mandate that entrepreneurs can (“and should”) run their own companies. And because WIN has only one LP and a small and nimble investment team, we make decisions quickly and efficiently, typically going from initial meeting to funding decision within a few weeks. In select instances, we can also go from initial meeting to funding within days.
